As an experienced business and strategy executive, I founded Deconstruct, an independent market and customer strategy advisory network and idea agency, and I do currently hold senior management positions in companies and organisations with successful international operations. I previously held several positions in EY, as SMI (Strategic Market Intelligence) EMEIA Advisory Leader role, and in Markets Operations I worked with the EMEIA Leadership team, in charge of some special projects at Region and Global levels.I built a 25 years long international career, covering senior roles in leading market research and management consulting firms in UK and Italy, with a solid record of above-expectation results, and a natural attitude to "lead the way", managing most varied international teams, balancing young talents and experienced professionals to achieve complex and daunting targets.My work experience and natural attitude to rapid decision making have been a spearhead to operate within complex environments and deliver leading edge strategic insights to support effectiveness across sectors and marketplaces.I have been defined a thought leader and a visionary, nevertheless experience allow me to merge pragmatism and vision to deliver highly effective analysis, paramount to strategic decision making process at Board level.
