Composer, producer, sound designer and multi-instrumentalist from Italy, Alessandro approached the world of music at the age of four, immediately falling in love with music's astonishing ability to portray feelings and emotions.After studying classical guitar with M° Eddy Serafini for twelve years, he enrolled in the music undergraduate program at Trinity College Dublin, where he has been awarded a Foundation Scholarship in Music (2022) and the Taylor Exhibition Award (2021). His music has been performed in Ireland and Italy at the 51st edition of the prestigious Festival of Sacred Music, for which he received a commission for a fifteen-minute piece for choir and two pianos. His main compositional activity consists of scores for Trailers, short films and feature films. He is currently working for award-winning director and producer Dario Baldi on an upcoming TV series and award-winning Irish director Fiona Ashe on the short thriller A Christmas Gift.He is the leading composer for Red Sheep Studios, an emerging filmmaking company based in Milan and Trento. He is working on their upcoming 'Project Svalbard' project, comprising a temporary installation at the North Pole Museum, Svalbard, and a Documentary on Svalbard. His cinematic music has been featured in various trailers, short films and an upcoming feature film that will be released on Prime Video. His cinematic track The Prophecy was selected in June 2023 by the Cannes Soundtrack Award panel for high sync potential.As a performer, he has been awarded the following prizes: National Performing Competition Città Piove di Sacco, 2018 - Third Place in Chamber Music Category (Classical Guitar Duo)Best Students of Public and Private Schools Affiliated with the Conservatory of Vicenza Award, 2016 - Third Place (second not awarded) in Chamber Music Category (Classical Guitar Quartet)Furthermore, he works as a session guitarist and keyboard player for various artists. Alessandro also works as a songwriter, producer and mixing & mastering engineer. He is currently producing Hilder's upcoming album 'Black Moon'. He is a member and co-founder of Dublin-based four-piece indie band MoonTalk, with which he wrote, recorded and produced a seven-track album that will be released in September 2023. Their debut show at The Grand Social on April 6, 2023, managed to raise over €1000, donated in support of Syria and Turkey after the devastating earthquake that hit the two nations in February 2023.
