Alessandro is an investment banking Vice President with a successful track-record of advising on strategic M&A and financing assignments across a range of industries and geographies. Alessandro is a core member of Alantra's FinTech coverage team.Alessandro brings several years of investment banking experience advising companies on M&A transactions in the middle-market, including mandates related to acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, mergers, and joint ventures. Alessandro has contributed to a broad range of transactions internationally with extensive experience in North America and Europe. Prior to joining Alantra, Alessandro was part of consulting firm Teneo’s investment banking practice where he worked across the industrials, fintech, healthcare, and insurance sectors and, prior to that, at boutique investment bank Fredericks Michael & Co. where he supported the firm’s coverage of the Italian and US markets. Alessandro graduated from Trinity College in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences. He is an Italian and American dual citizen and is based in New York City.
