Retail planner for Oakley and Rayban North America stores.Main responsabilities:- Set and maintain Backstore level in stores in order to support sales, guarantee an adequate Service Level and Inventory Targets;- Define and trigger sales forecast;- Define and maintain the store replenishment calendar and strategy in order to match capacity and guarantee the delivery of product in store at the right time with the right quantity;- In charge of actions such as model stock release and store transfers, performed to sustain and align the business with the plans and to guarantee the right rotation of stores' inventory through seasons;- Run weekly sales, service level and inventory analysis to review compliance with the policies and plans adopted when needed;- Interaction with different teams based both in the USA and in Italy (such as Local Execution, Merchandise Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Distribution and Logistics). Main responsabilities:- KPIs supervision and reporting regarding different product categories such as accessories, goggles, helmets etc.;- Reporting activities divided into two main flows: report maintenance and report building (using tools such as Sap, Sap BusinessObject, Qlik, Excel, Power Point, Power Query);- Supervision of accessories across the different supply chain's flows (working closely with different teams such as Procurement, Demand, S&OP, Distribution, Store Planning, Ecommerce Planning, Wholesale Planning and Logistics);- Parecipation in accessories NPI creation process (working closely with a multitude of different teams such as Buying Department, Master Data, Product, Category, Quality & Procurement).
