Studio GISTO, based in Milan, working at the intersection between architecture, design and craftsmanship. Since 2010 the studio has developed a series of research and collaborative projects, working partially or entirely on all phases from the idea to the realization, supported and in collaboration with institutions, companies, universities and other design studios.

Since 2012, the collaboration between Marcello Comoglio and Alessandro Mason has been focused on high and top quality productions: uniques and very small series.

In occasion of the 51st edition of the Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2012 , the Design Department and NABA dialogues with real and local realities.
WeQui is a commitment to design and live "hic et nunc" (here and now). It is a program of events aiming at illustrating the values that inspire the Academy didactic approach, while reasserting the importance of Design as a tool for progress and social change.
WEDO is a series of workshops curated by the Design Department. The projects want to be tools to revitalize public spaces, promote the local economy, and develop neighborhood communities.THE QUALITIES OF WATERThe project wants to highlight the Conchetta area through a performance that enhances the endless vibrations of water.
The workshop will allow the basin to be given a new appearance during the Salone.
A huge musical instrument will play the notes of the canal water, giving value and respect to an otherwise neglected place.
