My vocation is definitely aimed at dealing with high real estate and architectural value, especially in the historic center of Rome. In this area I have completed several purchase and sale transactions exclusively on high properties, and the quality of my work has been recognized in 100% of the completed transactions. A particular area of ​competence acquired concerns the negotiation of exclusive off Market high properties, outside of commercial logic, unique objects of particular historical or architectural interest, whose treatment is dealt with differently on a discretionary basis.Over time, I acquired additional expertise in analyzing the real estate due diligence processes, on individual properties or corporate real estate assets, with the aim of identifying the potential risks associated with the transaction. The due diligence process is central to contractual negotiations and therefore its main purpose, within the scope of the activity that I carry out, can be easily identified in the management of contractual risk. Through the experience I have developed an Algorithm dedicated to the Estimation, for an overall evaluation of a single residential unit or larger settlement or of a real estate asset considering its specific specific characteristics and the context environment (urban and social). A further specialization of my activity concerns the management of houses with excellent quality profile more suitable for the Mid and Long term rentals for private and corporate customers. From 2000 to today the studio specializes in an area strictly linked to the classic dynamics of real estate, operating mainly in the central areas of Rome, Milan, Florence, and Venice. The further architectural specialization allowed me to develop, together with a small group of private investors, a real estate trading activity, being able to select, negotiate, buy and restructure real estate assets, with the aim of marginating important benefits in re-sale.
