As head of the Cyber Security Service Management in a ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 certified area, I am committed in ensuring:- the monitoring and management of the Key Performance Indicators relevant to Cyber Security processes and services; - collection and integration of security relevant data through Big Data technologies;- Visualitazion & Analitycs platform management and reporting to cyber security stakeholders;- technical and organizational support in the initiatives to extend Cyber ​​Security services to new perimeters;- updating and monitoring of Service Management procedures, also with reference to compliance with the privacy law; - service requests management through a dedicated service desk;- requirements and tests management in the realization of new solutions committed by cyber security stakeholders;- Owasp SAMM assessments conducted on internal perimeters and subsequent provision of awareness and support services for the integration of secure software development activities in the software develpoment life cycle;- Cyber ​​Security maturity level assessments conducted on supplier companies, partners or customers using a framework created in Leonardo.

In the phase of managing the liquidation of the company, waiting for an appropriate placement to my profile, I made myself available to support the creation of a framework for automatic tests of an Air Traffic Control System commissioned by ENAV, carrying out the following activities:• configuration of the Squish platform for automatic tests of the Graphical User Interface;• configuration of the Robot Framework open source system for the implementation and execution of automatic tests;• integration of the two products with an internally produced middleware;• development in Python and execution of automatic tests of the front end component intended for air traffic controlllers.

I carried out demand management activities in the Operations Department for the creation and start-up of a large-scale system, commissioned by the Ministry of the Environment and Protection of the Territory and the Sea (hereinafter MATTM), reporting to the top management.Within the scope of this responsibility:- I analyzed the operational and regulatory contexts of the stakeholders;- I participated in the technical meetings organized by the MATTM;- I ensured the realization of services compliant with the requests and within the agreed deadlines by directly coordinating the technical team;- I participated on behalf of the MATTM in information events organized by national stakeholders from the associative and entrepreneurial world;Subsequently I have carried out activities of consolidation of the procedures for the management of the configuration.Finally, I supported the "Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale" ( Agency for Digital Italy) and the Test Commission in the system verification activities, which were successfully concluded.

Technical coordination for the creation of a provisioning and access management system as part of a project for agri-food traceability.

I carried out business development activities relating to innovative solutions and services in security contexts, reporting to the Commercial Affairs function.As part of this activity, I defined and presented investment proposals on advanced solutions for verifying the authenticity of documents.I previously held the position of Team Manager on new initiatives, reporting to the Operations function.As part of these activities, I conducted an analysis of the regulatory, technological and economic context and defined an investment proposal for the top management of the Group, aimed at creating an IT system for the Public Prosecutors.

I designed and developed a system for project documents and approval flows management, collaborating with the Quality Assurance function. I also managed the migration of documents and information from the previous legacy system.In 2004 I presented the integrated Product Data Management solution on behalf of Selex Communications at an event organized in San Diego (USA) by I2, supplier of the eXplore platform, used to manage the company products components.I implemented new access solutions to the company component legacy databases by collaborating with the Materials Engineering function.I took part in recovery and migration of legacy data in production environment on Oracle database.I constantly monitored the quality of the technological services, carrying out functional customization of the company components management solution, teaching and support for internal staff.

I supported the commercial area in the marketing of a Workflow Management System, carrying out comparative analyses and customizations.

I carried out the analysis, design (UML) and implementation of a workflow application on the "Lotus Notes" groupware system (faced problems of analysis and improvement of business processes) as part of a business project aimed at introducing and implementing Project Management methodologies.I developed the “data level” integration of the Lotus Notes environment with the company ERP (Baan) and the “Artemis” Project Management System.
