• Area Manager • Information Tecnology • Banking • Project Management • Help Desk • Customer Support • Service Developement • ITIL v2 • I coordinate a team of about 25 resources that provides 360° application assistance to the approximately 3000 users operating, within the Core Banking System Cedacri, on applications in the Channels, Payments and Credit areas. I have gained significant experience in the context of ITIL V2 Compliant Service Desk and in the administration of banking information systems. Over the years I have also developed specific competences abut payment systems (ICI, RNI, BI-COMP, TARGET2, T2 Consolidation), with particular reference to the SEPA framework (credit transfer, direct debit, instant Payments) following technical, technological and regulatory developments. Ho maturato una significativa esperienza nel contesto di Service Desk ITIL V2 Compliant e nell'amministrazione di sistemi informativi bancari. Nel corso degli anni ho sviluppato, inoltre, competenze specifiche nell'ambito dei sistemi di pagamento (ICI, RNI, BI-COMP, TARGET2, T2 Consolidation), con particolare riferimento all'ambito SEPA (bonifici credit transfer, direct debit, instant payments), seguendone le evoluzioni tecniche, tecnologiche e normative.
