I have gained significant experience in the context of ITIL V2 Compliant Service Desk and in the administration of banking information systems. Over the years I have also developed specific competences abut payment systems (ICI, RNI, BI-COMP, TARGET2, T2 Consolidation), with particular reference to the SEPA framework (credit transfer, direct debit, instant Payments) following technical, technological and regulatory developments. Nel corso degli anni ho sviluppato, inoltre, competenze specifiche nell'ambito dei sistemi di pagamento (ICI, RNI, BI-COMP, TARGET2, T2 Consolidation), con particolare riferimento all'ambito SEPA (bonifici credit transfer, direct debit, instant payments), seguendone le evoluzioni tecniche, tecnologiche e normative.
