As Channel & Category Development Manager at Unilever Switzerland, I held a dynamic role overseeing multiple brands of increasing responsibility. Beginning with the Tea brands Lipton & Pure Leaf, I managed strategic and operational marketing efforts, defining product ranges, identifying growth areas, and conducting pricing and profitability analyses. Transitioning to the ice cream sector, I continued this trajectory with the biggest brands Magnum and Cornetto, leading successful new product launches, crafting the annual Swiss marketing plan, and coordinating ATL activities in collaboration with the DACH Brand Building Team. Alongside this, I managed data analysis, presented insights to internal & external stakeholders, conducted budget planning and controlling, provided training for sales and field force teams, and supervised various interns and assistants. Alongside this, I was elected Chief Happiness Officer Switzerland within our Swiss organization. In this dual capacity, I had the honor of representing our country in a global committee, promoting internal and external strategic activities to enhance well-being and satisfaction.

As an International Marketing and Commercial Intern at Beverage Partners Worldwide (BPW), a Nestlé and The Coca Cola Company Joint Venture overseeing the NESTEA brand in Europe and Canada, I led various projects in Marketing and Business Development. Focused on digital marketing, including SEO, Social Media, and Programmatic, I advanced my Project Management and Communication skills, enhancing overall business acumen and professional growth.

This work experience with USP Partner AG enabled me to gain operational work experience within a more sales-oriented function. As a promoter, I've executed more than 50 POS promotions across Switzerland, attended several sales trainings and provided guidance to new promoters as a field coach/mentor.

Invited to contribute to the marketing team for the 54th edition of the ArteCasa fair in Lugano, I played a key role in devising and implementing a comprehensive 360° Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaign. Focused on the Ticino local market, we strategically engaged consumers across various touchpoints in their journey, including OOH, TV, Radio, Digital, PR, and Bus advertising.

This experience with Pianoforte Group was assigned to me as part of a field project during the last semester of my Master studies. Together with other fellow students, we were asked to develop a concept for an internal retail academy aimed for training purposes (mainly addressed to students and internal employees) and as a means for creating partnerships with other fashion companies located within the Italian-speaking Insubria area (Milan, Como, Varese and Ticino).

Throughout my Bachelor studies, I contributed as a Freelancer to the Sports editorial team at RSI, the Swiss-Italian TV Broadcaster. I enhanced my creative skills through consistent article writing for sport.rsi.ch and Teletext. Simultaneously, I cultivated digital marketing expertise and deepened my understanding of the Swiss Media Industry
