I am an analytical chemist with 7+ years experience in chromatography-MS-based method development.I spent the last years developing and validating analytical methods for the characterization and quantification of both small molecules (amino acids and oxylipins) and macromolecules (glycans, peptides, and intact proteins) in biofluids, with the aim of investigating biological processes underlying neurodegenerative, inflammatory, and respiratory diseases and to potentially identify useful biomarkers.
