CurrentHead of Program Management Office in the Operations department reporting directly to the CEO:- Cooperate with management shareholders to establish processes and methods to support wide business development.- Coordinate Program Managers in accordance with common process guidelines to be applied on programs for timing and cost management- Support product board executive’s meetings ensuring accomplishment of the governance- Guarantee alignment of Gate Reviews’ KPI vs VPP Program Phase (Product Development Plan)- Operations support (COO) on OTD strategic activities: Manufacturing strategies, contract definitions, team organization- Training and empowering collaborators in order to optimize workplace productivity and promote professional growth- Problem solving and continuous improvement for company processes with focus on Operations functions (Manufacturing, SCM and Procurement)From June 2020 focused on the Battista project to deliver the targets (scope, costs and timing) in a challenging context: interaction and management of three stakeholder companies involved in this hyper-car program.
