I am a PMO at Olivetti, where I coordinate and support the contract activities for IoT and Big Data solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, cost control, and project compliance. I have over 3.5 years of experience in IT governance, business analysis, and project management, working with various stakeholders and tools in the travel, public administration, and digital transformation sectors.I am also a co-founder of Queesy, a startup that provides menstrual support solutions for workplaces, aiming to promote inclusivity, well-being, and sustainability for employees. We offer biodegradable menstrual products made of 100% organic cotton, with eco-friendly dispensers and bins, customized to the needs of each workplace. We have partnered with over 60 companies, including Boston Consulting Group, SKY Italia, Ferrero, AGOS Ducato, Bulgari, Treedom, and have received positive feedback from managers and employees alike.I hold a BBA degree from Lancaster University, where I studied business administration and developed my skills in process improvement, problem solving, and communication. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion, and I have obtained certifications in ITIL, IELTS, Chartered Management Institute, and Enterprise Design Thinking.
