During this experience as Senior tax consultant, the duties and quality of work has certainly progressed also as a result of increased responsibilities, which stimulate the personal and professional growth of the person. During this period i was able to specialize more in the following activities:- application of IAS accounting principles in the financial statement and their impact on taxation;- manage relations with the costumer, with a view to "tax planning";- tax advice on all matters relating to international tax law.

Pwc TLS is one of the main italian companies operating in the field of legal and tax consulting, and is spread throughout the italian territory, presenting its main offices in Milan and Rome and offices in 13 other cities. In the tax field, TLS offers all kinds of services, from ordinary consulting to complex due diligence in the context of large corporate restructuring operations, or extensive tax advice on all issues related to international tax lawDuring my first three years at PWC, i have mainly conducted the following activities:- Tax returns (i.e. VAT Model);- Annual VAT settlement;- Direct tax calculations ("IRES" and "IRAP");- tax due diligence in M&A transactions;- application of IAS accounting principles in the financial statements and their impact on taxation.

Within the Cupo’s firm I held my training internship and I was involved in the following activities:- Assistant in the preparation of tax returns for individuals and business. - Assistant in the preparation of Balance sheet. - Assistant in Tax litigations.- Helped clients respect deadlines and problems related to documentation.- Dealing with the Internal Revenue Agency directly to resolve issues with taxation.
