Project ManagerCambridge Technology Partners Jan 2014 - Aug 2015NESTLÉ NESPRESSO SAAs Project manager I was responsible for the management of the whole project lifecycle (from initiation till closure) of two projects within the scope of Nespresso’s IT transformation program in the CRM and Contact Center stream and, as part of the program stabilization initiative, of a task force within the Trade/CRM stream• Integration of SAP CRM and Avaya Interaction Center (a multichannel, media independent contact engine for Contact Centers): my main contribution to the project was the delivery of a complex integration within the very tight schedule of the program by strictly managing the work of the Avaya system integrator team (Orange Business Services) with the internal SAP development team. • Design, development and deployment of a Business Continuity solution for Nepresso’s Contact Centers: the Emergency tool is the business continuity application used by the CRCs when SAP is not available due to scheduled or unscheduled outages. The main challenges of this project were the aggressive timeline and the need to collaborate with Nestlé offshore teams and to adapt to their change management process, this being the first Nespresso´s application fully installed in Nestlé data center • Trade Voucher Task Force: as part of the IT transformation program stabilization initiative, I coordinated the work of a team of 5 SAP Business Analyst and developers, prioritizing the team´s activity with the goal of reducing the Call Centre and Voucher team backlog while optimizing the processes and reducing the platform anomalies. My main responsibilities included the daily communication with the German Market management team, Market Director, Financial Manager, Marketing Director, Call Centre Manager.
