NESTLÉ SA – DIGITAL SERVICE UNITAs Digital Project manager and Solution Lead, I'm currently responsible for the evolutions and daily operations (DevOps model) of the Nestlé Consumer Relationship Solution deployed in Nestlé Germany, a Data Hub focusing on consolidating Consumer’s actionable information, providing a consolidated view of consumers in a standardized, flexible data structure. It allows the data acquisition from multiple channels becoming the single point of truth while enforcing data quality and consumer data privacy compliance. In this role I'm leading a team of local resources coordinating the work of three service providers while performing all the standard PM activities as defined by the PMI framework. This one year mission has allowed me to acquire knowledge on different leading products used to build a digital marketing solutions like Salesforce Service Cloud, Adobe Campaign (former Neolane) and Gigya.

NESTLÉ NESPRESSO SAAs Project manager I was responsible for the management of the whole project lifecycle (from initiation till closure) of two projects within the scope of Nespresso’s IT transformation program in the CRM and Contact Center stream and, as part of the program stabilization initiative, of a task force within the Trade/CRM stream• Integration of SAP CRM and Avaya Interaction Center (a multichannel, media independent contact engine for Contact Centers): my main contribution to the project was the delivery of a complex integration within the very tight schedule of the program by strictly managing the work of the Avaya system integrator team (Orange Business Services) with the internal SAP development team. • Design, development and deployment of a Business Continuity solution for Nepresso’s Contact Centers: the Emergency tool is the business continuity application used by the CRCs when SAP is not available due to scheduled or unscheduled outages. The main challenges of this project were the aggressive timeline and the need to collaborate with Nestlé offshore teams and to adapt to their change management process, this being the first Nespresso´s application fully installed in Nestlé data center • Trade Voucher Task Force: as part of the IT transformation program stabilization initiative, I coordinated the work of a team of 5 SAP Business Analyst and developers, prioritizing the team´s activity with the goal of reducing the Call Centre and Voucher team backlog while optimizing the processes and reducing the platform anomalies. My main responsibilities included the daily communication with the German Market management team, Market Director, Financial Manager, Marketing Director, Call Centre Manager.

First mission for Cambridge in IATA.IATA’s (International Air Traffic Association) was going through a major change aiming at the centralization of their organization; within this global project, Cambridge focused on Ticket Supply Chain Management with the objective to: • Identify improvements to the supply chain through the analysis of the business processes and the gathering of information on the existing systems through the interview of key users• Definition of a final recommendation and presentation to the management board for the improvement of the internal processes and the integration of the involved applications

In Sapient I had the responsibility of leading differently sized groups of developer during the analysis, design, development and deployment phase of the projects I participated to.I participated, with the role of Architect, to different projects for Dalmine Energie, a company operating in the utilities sector and part of the Techint group. All the following projects were developed in Java and deployed on Bea Weblogic Server: • From April 2004 till October 2004 I’ve been involved in the analysis, design, implementation and deployment of a custom tax calculation module and invoicing system. • From January 2002 till September 2002 I participated to a project aimed at the creation of Dalmine Energie’s CIS (customer information service), CRM and Billing system. I was mainly involved in the design and implementation of the CIS module • From February 2001 till December 2001, I participated to the analysis, design, implementation and support of Dalmine Energie’s web site.

I had the opportunity to participate in large and important projects and learn the methodologies necessary in the design, development and deployment of applications of relevant size. I also had the opportunity of working in an international and multicultural environment characterized by English as the working language:• From January 2000 to December 2000 I worked on Banca Profilo e-Advise site with the role of technical team manager. I also managed the relation with the other Banca Profilo subcontractors involved in the project• From November 1998 to June 1999 I worked in the Netherlands on the Robeco bank (a large financial investment organization) trading site with the role of Senior Developer. My primary contribution to the project was the development on Netscape Application Server platform. In particular I was responsible for the creation of an extension for the connection to an MVS/ESA system (through IBM’s MQSeries), the development and mentoring to the other team members.
