The Creative Strategy team lead the creative strategy within key accounts/Verticals with a focus on audio and podcasts. Developing custom responses to key brand briefs, and developing proactive account/vertical specific sales marketing collateral designed to promote Spotify’s free tier to marketers, media agencies, and creatives who want to buy more than standard ad inventory.Main tasks:* Generate original creative ideas, taking the creative solutions product list and collateral materials to provide unique customer centric strategic consultation to sales team in RFP responses.* Position existing creative products to sales teams and to the market, maintaining consistency in product marketing messages and accuracy in technical specifications.* Identify new creative product opportunities, that aid the sales teams, working with internal teams to bring to market. * Development of internal & external creative playbooks and strategies.* Develop, train, and action materials/practices for interactive workshops with clients, creative agencies, and media agencies.* Guide creative agencies, media agency strategists, and brand partners in how to create with Spotify.* Collaborate with sales support teams and third-party vendors to transition campaigns from pre-sales to production .
