Key Accountabilities:- Responsible for overall warehousing activities to ensure achievement of productivity and quality Company targets: management of goods receipt and storage (in internal and external warehouses), handling worldwide shipment of finished goods with the highest level of service, monitoring inventory levels and physical stocks, scrap reduction, management of product with expiration date, management of resources and their motivation to achieve business objectives.- Coordination of different projects across different areas of Supply Chain & Data Management.- Optimization of existing and design/implementation of new processes/flows in technical and organizational terms in logistics and production area using digitalization and automation tools and coordinating the relevant specialist departments.- Defining, planning, coordinating and managing systems changes in ERP and MES architecture considering financial & IT impacts.- Creation and analysis of KPIs and implementation of corrective actions through data analysis/interpretations.- Monitoring and adjusting processes based on Company results ensuring continuity of supply and delivery.- Point of contact with institutional bodies (FDA, GS1) in the management of the Company UDI System.

Key Accountabilities:- Responsible for the alignment of systems and for the validation of consistency and accuracy of the data (quality, financial and industrial figures);- Responsible for financial impact analysis in ERP management for production change implementation;- Responsible for validation and implementation of all the MicroPort CRM products final labeling;- Responsible for the Company UDI System definition and management, according FDA GUDID and EU EUDAMED database updating rules;- Responsible for the systems change management, validation and implementation.Key Achievements:- Introduction of an Automated Packaging System in the Saluggia plant for the production devices final packaging and labeling;- Developing and validation of automated ERP routines for the management of intercompany shipment between the plants.

Key Accountabilities:- Responsible for data management and extraction in the company IT systems (SAP, AS400 - BPCS, MES) in relationship to financial, logistical, production and IT needs;- Drive discussions and actions, together with Production, PE, Logistic and Finance, to close any gap and to contribute and interact with the core team management for the new product launches;- Ensure the consistency of electronic traceability data;- Reference point in the Saluggia plant for ERP software (AS400 - BPCS) and for monitoring production orders;- Reference point for financial impact analysis in the implementation of production change related to continuous improvement.Key Achievements:- Executing and contributing of improvement projects directly linked to production area as well as traceability related matters;- Reference point in the Saluggia plant for MES implementation of production documentation and electronic traceability;- Reduction of production collateral activities for day-by-day management.

Key Accountabilities:- Start up, optimization and standardization of new manufacturing departments;- Application of GMP and HACCP regulations and training of the personnel concerned;- Integration of the Quality manual (ISO 9000 - ISO 9001) for new departments and drafting of the operating procedures with relative training of the personnel concerned;- Supervising the monitoring of production, quality, safety and environmental performance of the departments;- Development and management of a preventive maintenance policy on production plants.Key Achievements:- Hourly production capacity increased from 2 tons/hour to 3.5 tons/hour;- Acquisition of exclusive supply in Italy (as third party processing) for pigments production in food and cosmetics industry;- Final tuning of new production equipments and start of mass production for a new product line imported from two British factories of the group;- Installation’s performances in production and quality aspect increased by 10%.
