As CEO & Founder of REV3RD, I dedicate myself to design and build large-scale 3D printing machines, creating innovative solutions such as our RD-HUGE cantilever CNC machine and high flow pellet extruders. I can do this thanks to my training as a mechanical engineer and to a personal passion for 3D printing that I have been cultivating for more than 10 years. Back in 2012 I was already building middle size 3D printers, as founder and majority shareholder of a start-up called ICON5D, in partnership with Camozzi Group Spa and Castellini Officine Meccaniche Spa. Being REV3RD an early stage start-up, I take on different tasks like technology innovation, logistic optimization, fund-raising, negotiations, scouting for clients and other realities involved in the 3D printing world. I am a supporter of collaboration and ideas sharing, and I like getting in touch with other passionate people and business professionals around the globe.For many years I worked throughout Europe in the trade fair as a self-entrepreneur in collaboration with European companies, focusing on import export operations management, sales, and personnel logistics optimization for simultaneous markets and fairs.This led me to develop managerial, organizational, leadership, communication and sales strategies skills, though I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a business-oriented mind.This double background makes me a versatile person: I am the one who spends 24 hours a day in silence designing extruders and studying manuals and scientific literature, but I am also the one who enthusiastically organizes meetings and phone calls with anyone interested in knowledge, business and human exchanges.Looking forward to connecting with passionate people, engineers, designers, architects, companies and entrepreneurs in the area of Additive Manufacturing and everything that revolves around this world.
