I am responsible for the sales results of original and exclusive designs for fashion and printed textiles for the following main markets: Italy, Germany, Spain. Prints are mainly addressed to the products categories of womenswear, swimwear and accessories. All activities are carried out in Italian, English, German or Spanish and include:- Trends and market researches aimed at discovering undercurrent developments in the market and potential new clients.- Developing and sharing new ideas with designers and colleagues in order to improve the collection.- Managing a wide client portfolio, periodically contacting existing clients and planning business trips.- Attending trade shows and managing all activities related to the partecipation.

Sale of original designs for printed textiles, addressed to the fashion market.Creating and developing commercial relations with clients located in a wide range of European and non-European countries. Activities included:- Frequent worldwide travels (over 50% of th time).- Collaborating with local agents in extra-European countries (United States, Turkey, Brasil, Taiwan, China, South Korea).- Autonomous organization of sales activities in European countries- Autonomous management of new and existing clients inside Europe.

Pruning in plantations of sandalwood trees. Seasonal job, aimed to do an unusal and different work experience, improve the command of the language and earn enough money for the financial support of my trip across Australia.

Household products sale, customer care, pricing, stock handling and goods arrangement

Providing assistance to the Alpitour customers during their vacation: information about local tourist attractions, sales and management of the optional excursions, organized in collaboration with the local travel agency, help and assistance in case of problems occurred to customers during their stay (early returns, complaints,..). Coordinating all the transfers to and from the airport and assuring that all the hotel services were correctly delivered.

For one year I have been involved in all the activities of the Association, such as the promotion of the cooperation projects carried in Latin America, the planning and management of fundraising events, the activities in the local schools and the daily admnistration work.Later, travel to Peru to visit the cooperation projects run or supervised by the Ngo (April – May 2008).
