When you reach the age of 50s, it's time to look back to evaluate what have you done in your first half of the way (hopefully!): professionally I had only 2 loves that have thought me a lot and that I will always remember: Ferodo/ Federal Mogul/now DRiV where I started my career with a small team and I learned how to deal with a big worldwide Company then Rubore/ Trelleborg Automotive/ now Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Kalmar AB where I could increase my first learnings and "spread my wings" into a Group with great challenges, fantastic potentialities and absolutely good and friendly people. During all this journey, I always kept my initial fundamentals: loyalty, passion, resilience and respect. And the journey still goes on....
