I am Alessandro, 29 years old and born in Berlin. My diverse education and experience include a 200-hour multistyle yoga training in Colombia, training as a naturopath for psychology, and I am currently studying systemic therapy.As a life coach and breathwork therapist, I combine breathwork and yoga to create a journey of spiritual awakening and physical renewal.
