Since 2022, I have taken on the role of chairman at Edizione SpA, sharing with my cousins, the new generation leading the Group, a strong determination for discontinuity, along with the common desire to provide a sense of direction to the subsidiaries by investing in youth, innovation, and sustainability. Edizione SpA holds stakes in the transportation and digital infrastructure sectors, travel retail and food & beverage, clothing, real estate, agriculture, as well as in Mediobanca and Generali.

In 1992, I founded 21 Invest, one of the first European private equity investment groups. It is a constantly growing organization with offices in Treviso, Milan, Paris, and Warsaw. For over 30 years, our goal has been to support the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting their development and creating employment opportunities. Since 2016, we have been the only private equity company to be part of the global Shared Value Initiative Organization, led by Michael Porter, professor at Harvard Business School.

In 2023, I was appointed Honorary Chairman of Avolta, the world's leading travel retail organization, following its merger with Autogrill, an Italian excellence in the food service industry. A platform to build a future driven by innovation, growth, and development for the industry.

In 2023, I took on the role of Vice President at Mundys, an organization envisioning the future of integrated mobility with the ambition of becoming the global leader in infrastructure within the next five years. Mundys comprises several outstanding entities, including Aeroporti di Roma, Albertis, Telepass, and Yunex.

Together with the great team of Fondazione Cortina, we successfully organized the Cortina 2021 World Championships. It was a real challenge, experienced during the pandemic period, but incredibly stimulating. We have successfully hosted a one-of-a-kind event, making a substantial positive impact on the local area with a balance across social, economic, and infrastructural dimensions.

The first Italian in history to serve on the Advisory Committee, the advisory body of the Swiss holding company for the foreign activities of the Bosch Group.

An experience that lasted a little over a year, during which I led the historic family company, the Benetton Group, as President. It was during this time that we received recognition for the UNHATE campaign at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, winning the Press Grand Prix award.

An adrenaline-filled presidency, the one of the Benetton Formula One team. It was a period of triumphs: 26 Grand Prix victories, two driver's world championships with Michael Schumacher, and one constructor's championship. Years of collaboration with great champions such as the German driver himself, Nelson Piquet, Jean Alesi, Riccardo Patrese, and Alessandro Nannini.
