Currently maintaining the customer's website, collaborating with other designers from the internal team. I work closely with UX Managers, POs, PMs and Developers in order to optimize touchpoint experiences from the B2C world and to evangelize best practices related to digital product design.

Responsible for the entire product experience and visual design. In this role I:- Introduced and developed the Design System for the app's interface- Created, tested and validated low and high fidelity prototypes, while being in constant communication with the Dev team, to assess user experience on our mobile product- Carried out user interviews & tests on the app's interface and on dynamic prototypes, analyzed the results and implemented new flows and improvements to solve UX issues- Designed from start to finish a variety of web tools & platforms for our international partners (Intesa Sanpaolo, Dubai, Malta, McFIT, Edison)
