My role at e-Novia as Service Designer is to research and develop innovative strategic end-to-end solutions by applying service design and design thinking methodologies with a holistic, user-centric approach. I designed and prototyped SocialMeter, a big data analytics web platform used by companies to perform market analysis and forecasting using behavioural data from social network users. I was responsible for developing a working prototype of the UX and UI of the entire platform and collaborated with the developers to create the final product.

I designed and prototyped the digital interface of the vertical farming system, focusing on developing the UX and UI of the platform. Part of my work was to structure the complex amount of information, creating a simple and intuitive user flow through which the user can select the recipes to be executed and interact with the machinery.

I worked in the R&D department to design and prototype a vertical automated warehouse. I was focused on 3D modelling of components and assembly structures, creating photorealistic renders, researching and selecting supplier companies to create the first prototype.
