In the last 6 months i was involved within a big italian financial company (CartaSi) with the role of Project Manager, developing its Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan. My direct report within the Organisation was the ICT Security Manager.

Business Continuity Project Leader - I was involved in the BIA, in the Business Continuity Plan and for some aspects of the Disaster Recovery environment..

My primary job were inside the Network Engineering Italian Team and i was asked to:- perform BCM and Disaster Recovery programs, passing from the BIA and the Risk Analysis, both for the company and for our Customers- perform the preliminary analysis and write the Security Control Documents to regulate (on a Customer base) the controls that have to be applied on the services provided- coordinate and define standards, norms and rules for what concern Security compliance, in according to recognized Industry standards such as BS7799- to project Architectures and Security environments like PKI, Strong Authentication, AntiSpam, Intrusion PreventionSome projects where i was involved were:- Intrusion Prevention and Detection using ISS products- Security Assessments and Audit on Windows and Unix/Linux machines and networks Devices (Cisco routers and CheckPoint Firewall)- PKI environment for Sign-on and confidentiality purposes (based upon Microsoft CA and OpenCA)
