I am a member of the Incident Managers (IM) team whose task is to follow up issues related to the definition and organization of the service model applied to the customer by coordinating the different teams operations that are part of it in the wide-ranging activities and management of high-impact problems.Within the IM team, I am the reference for the Middleware-BigData area and support the team leader of this area in discussions with the client and in organizing complex activities.For the client I am also SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the Middleware area especially in JBoss/Wildfly and Apache WebServer.Finally, I oversee the activities related to reporting that is the basis of the documentation produced for the monthly meetings with the client related to the general performance of the service and adherence to the defined standards (SLA, Service Level Agreement).

Within the current organization I play the role of Team Leader in the Middleware and BigData area.The team I work with is responsible for supporting several client companies in the management of their assets in all present environments (from "development" to "production").The technologies mostly used are Apache Web Server, JBoss EAP / Wildfly, WebLogic Server and Cloudera CDH; to a lesser extent, we also manage some Informatica products such as IC (Informatica Cloud) and BDM (BigData Management).In recent months, we have started using CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket (GIT) and Bamboo, expandingthe scope of management to microservices (Kubernetes).My main task is to lead the team by interfacing with client company reps to establish priorities (for the individual client and globally for the team), schedule and oversee activities with the greatest impact and manage escalations.

I'm a member of the team responsible of Middleware IT operations management of customer. Main activities are the solution of incidents and completion of service requests opened for all environments from development to production. Apache web server, JBoss/Wildfly and Oracle WebLogic server are the main administered platforms; all these products are deployed on Linux servers.

I work as a consultant on JBoss AS within the innovation and development department of one of most important bank of Italy. My job is to support other ICT departments to install, configure, manage their JBoss AS and integrate it with other products and business software. I also collaborate on the activities of problem solving, writing scripts (shell, python, java ...) and the development of simple J2EE modules.

I work within internal group of Eustema spa on many clients. I collaborate on troubleshooting performed on systems based on Windows and Linux operating systems and many software installed on them such as OracleDBMS, MySQL, JBoss AS and Apache web server. Often I deal in software scouting thanks to which I have learnt about something of MongDB, Nginx, Logstash, Elastic search, Symantec PGP and more.

I work for ICT Department of one major Italian electric company as member of "Integration Framework"group that manages whole middleware infrastructure. My main activity is to install, configure and administer development, test andproduction instances of WebLogic Server and JBoss AS. I also collaborate on others activities such as shell scripts production, execution of simple operating system administration tasks on Unix and Linux and troubleshooting on systems integration.
