An equal merger between Australia´s largest independent bottled drinking water company Crystal Rock, servicing both domestic and commercial markets across Sydney, and a leading commercial filter rental company, Novo Group.Major divisions included 15 litre bottled spring water delivery (branded as as both 'Crystal Rock' and ´NovoH2O´), a national commercial filtered cooler rental service, and a third-party spring water bottling division that services over five independent bottled water companies.The business had grown consistently and profitably over the past decade and a half, whilst being run independently by a great team. Australian owned venture with gold mining assets and operations in Peru.Peru is one of the world's leading mining countries and a significant player in the global mining industry. It is the second-largest producer of copper and silver, the sixth-largest producer of gold, and the third-largest producer of zinc globally. Peru also has significant reserves of lead, iron ore, tin, and molybdenum.During my tenure, I raised capital and secured a number of deals for mining properties, including the execution of a joint venture with ASX listed Commissioners Gold, which culminated in the founding of Goldsmith Resources. Through the subsidiary, the company invested US$5m to develop the Eladium Gold Mine to 20 tonnes per day of high grade ore, advanced geological work at Saulito and to increase capacity at the Mollehuaca Gold Processing Plant to 150 tonnes per day, establishing its toll processing strategy.Living and working in Lima Peru for over six years in all was an incredibly rewarding and enriching experience, where the culture, people, food and way of life took me to new heights as an individual.
