I've been working in the IT industry since 2005, beginning as a developer for an ICT system integrator, focusing mainly on software and database analysis and development. After some years of experience I've been assigned the task of leading a small team working at the client's offices, with both technical and relational issues to be addressed every day.My most exciting experience has been with CreoLabs, an innovative company, developing CreoApp for MacOS, a new and amazing tool for mobile app development.I worked for some time as a freelance developer, focusing mainly on iOS and web applications.During this experience I collaborated with Gruppo Infor, working on interesting projects in the fields of digital signage and virtual receptionists.At the moment I work as Project Manager for Crédit Agricole Group Solutions, a company belonging to Crédit Agricole Italia Group.Working since the beginning for the multi-channel area, I've been part of the team involved in the creation of the new internet banking for Crédit Agricole Italia, bringing a new and up to date experience to our clients.Since 2019 my activity focuses on online customer acquisition platforms. I've been managing relationships with suppliers and helped the bank to shape business requirements; the projects I was involved in obtained a considerable increase in the number of bank accounts.Among the projects I had the opportunity to lead, the one that taught me the most was the one that introduced online recognition via Videoselfie in the online acquisition flow.
