The European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) is a European, cross-sectoral membership organisation that contributes to developing cybersecurity communities and building the European cybersecurity ecosystem. ECSO federates the European Cybersecurity public and private sector, including large companies, SMEs and start-ups, research centres, universities, end-users and operators of essential services, clusters and associations, as well as the local, regional and national public administrations across the European Union Members States and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA)

The Permanent Stakeholder’s Group advises the Agency in respect of the performance of its activities, according to the Article 12 paragraph 5 of the ENISA Regulation (EU) No 526/2013. It shall in particular advise the Executive Director on drawing up a proposal for the Agency’s annual work programme, and on ensuring the communication with the relevant stakeholders on all issues related to the work programme.The PSG is composed of 1) nominated representatives representing national regulatory authorities, data protection and law enforcement authorities and 2) experts appointed “ad personam” constituting a multidisciplinary group deriving from industry, academia and consumer organisations.The Agency works closely together with Members States and private sector to deliver advice and solutions. This includes, the pan-European Cyber Security Exercises, the development of National Cyber Security Strategies, CSIRTs cooperation and capacity building, but also studies on secure Cloud adoption, addressing data protection issues, privacy enhancing technologies and privacy on emerging technologies, eIDs and trust services, and identifying the cyber threat landscape, and others.

• Supported complex Post Merger Integration process between five legal entities in Italy and UK with specific focus on managed security services, consulting and investigation support systems, leading the Project Office and the Operational Transition Team.• Rationalized and standardized the product portfolio and related documentation to increase reuse and reduce effort during marketing and proposal phases, thus reducing time-to-bid/order and increasing capture-rate. • Developed specific offering for vertical markets.

Main activities comprised Special Projects (M&A, strategic partnerships and alliances), Business Development and Strategic Planning for the Finmeccanica Companies operating in the Defence Electronics market.Acted as Focal Point for the development of selected projects reporting to the Group Executive Director, setting project guidelines, key actions, deliverables and time-schedule, leading external professionals
