Project Title:* Electrical Properties of Blend PANI-ABS in Atmosphere Nitrogen-AcetoneDeveloped Research:The Blends of PANI-ABS, provided by Department of Chemistry of Federal University of São Carlos and incorporated with Au (gold) or Al (aluminum) in both faces by Institute of Physics from University of São Paulo of São Carlos, was analyzed by electrical current measurements as a function of applied voltage, that ranged from -2 to 2 volts. For this were deposited in a vacuum, ohmic contacts, in other words, electrodes with the same metal Au (gold) in both faces, with a diameter of 0,8 cm. Or even contacts with diode Schottky behavior, in other words, electrodes with Au (gold) on one side and Al (aluminum) in the other, with a diameter of 0,8 cm.
