In precedenza è stato Direttore Comunicazione, digital ed eventi di Regione Lombardia (2017/21); Managing Director di Leftloft, realtà indipendente tra le più affermate in Italia nel campo del design, branding e comunicazione (2014/17); Direttore della Comunicazione e Relazioni Internazionali della Provincia di Milano (2010/14) e responsabile dei programmi di comunicazione istituzionale della Fondazione IULM. E' professore aggregato dal 2018 in "Comunicazione istituzionale" all'Università degli Studi di Milano; giornalista pubblicista, membro del Comitato scientifico dell'International Corporate Communication HUB e membro della Maison dell'Italie.-- -- -- Alessandro PAPINI (1974) is currently the Assolombarda Communications Director. He holds a degree in Political Sciences with specialisation as visiting scholar in Communication from George Washington University and is adjunct professor in “Institutional Communication” at Università degli Studi of Milan; member of the Lombardy Association of Journalists,; member of the permanent Maison de l’Italie; committee delegate to the Italian Federation of Public Relations (FERPI). Alessandro has worked for various public bodies and private systems in positions of responsibility managing communication processes. He was formerly Communications, Events and Digital Director of the Lombardy Region; Managing Director of Leftloft, a leading visual design company in Italy; Communications and International Relations Director for the Province of Milan from 2010 to 2014; head of the Institutional Communication programmes at the IULM University Foundation from 2007 to 2010; and head of Communications and Media Relation for the AEB Multiutility Group from 2003 to 2007. Between 2003 and 2008, he worked for the Ministry of Economy and Finance as an International Communication Expert on the PHARE-EU projects dedicated to new member states Lithuania, Bulgaria and Turkey.
