Electronic Engineer with a Master's Degree obtained with honors from the University of Roma Tre in the academic year. 2009-2010.PMI PMP certification achieved in 2020. I have been working in the Aerospace Industry for more than 13 years. I currently hold the role of Head of the Laser Systems Department, within the Space Engineering and Operations Function of Leonardo's Space Business Unit.For many years I played the role of Project Engineer Manager, managing development projects for products and technologies based on Laser transmitters intended for civil, defense and Earth observation space missions.I have been collaborating for years with the main space agencies (ESA, ASI, NASA). I have participated in projects with the main industrial players in the aerospace and defense sector (AIRBUS, TAS-I, MBDA, DLR, TESAT, SODERN, CILAS, OHB).I prefer team work and have acquired over time strong experience in facilitation techniques and development of high-performance teams.I am interested in psychology, emotional intelligence and behavioral neuroscience applied to the professional sphere.
