Since 1997 I have worked with multidisciplinary teams at industries from sectors of Plastics, Chemical, Automotive and Oil & Gas, responsible for the following QC / QA processes on projects at plant facilities:• Supervising inspections, testing and quality control based on Production, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), as part of Quality Management Systems and Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP) with focus on meet the project requirements on quality, time and budget, supporting manufacturing processes and ensuring that materials and products are in accordance with Standard specifications (ASTM, API, TS, ISO). • Coordinating problem-solving techniques by application of specific quality tools (5W, Global 8D, Fishbone Diagram) to support the root cause analysis and to define corrective action plans. • Risk and change management initiatives to prevent nonconformities (FMEA). • Planning, training, control, improvement and innovation in projects, manufacturing processes and quality systems via ERP solutions applied by audits and action plans to achieve KPI targets (SPC, PDCA, Lessons Learned). • Monitoring of performance of the local and international suppliers of technical products and services (Supplier Quality Assurance). • Focal point for quality issues, responsible for direct interface with stakeholders, including Third Party Inspection agencies (TPI) and local/global Customers located at Brazil, USA, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
