We choose the word “sensibility” as we consider it the territory and the quality to explore and develop in order to propose a new and different model of relational practice embedded in the reality of work, daily life and society, at a crossroad where conceptual art, creativity, social sciences, psychology and economics meet the continuously mutating scenarios of our time. It is structured around the idea to orient the artists' work towards developing sensibility and creativity among the workers, the managers and the steering committee of Bernard Controls. The program will invite a professional of the creative field to interact 3 months with the company environment and to deliver a project (any kind of media: lecture, installation, visual arts, design, architecture,.etc) whose goal is to help developing new possibilities of human action and interaction within the company's environment. I try to find as many possible corrispondences and analogies between the context where I act and work as an artist and cultural operator and the art practice of the students.
