Alessandro Roversi, in 2017 founded the Future Farm as Agri Living Lab of the Future Food Ecosystem, managing production and operations. Co-founder of You Can Group srl and some of its controlled companies, has followed the development of the group supporting the realisation of the different business projects conceived within the group.He flexibly switches between several roles in the different fields in which the group operates through the different companies: digital marketing, food, design and start up.This gave Alessandro a vast hands-on experience in managing time, people and resources in the most efficient way.Since 2013 on, he’s been working as Operations Manager for Weldon Burger, a lifestyle kitchen restaurant chain, and Tortellino, a gourmet “pasta to go” restaurant. Operation manager by profession, but also photographer by passion having been the official photographer in unique international projects such as Vancouver Olympic Torch Relay 2010, Sochi Olympic Torch Relay 2014, Cosmoprof 2015-2019.In the event field, with Lifeinclick of which he was CEO, has managed logistics, recruitment and staff in 4 different Italian tour of Vasco Rossi for photo activity of different sponsors, has coordinated production and staff of the photo activity at World Ducati Weekend in 2007 and 2012, has coordinated logistics and staff of the photo activity for Alice vip lounge at World MotoGP Championships and many others.In the design industry, being partner of You Can, he followed logistics, stock management and set up of trade shows and installations for Molo Design mainly in Italy. Amongst these, he directed logistics and staffing for Molo Design at Salone Del Mobile Milano for 6 years, he directed logistics and set up of Borsalino exhibition at Triennale Milano, he directed logistics and set up of the press lounge at Cannes International Film Festival in 2011 and many others.
