- Supporting the Team in managing the Group’s relevant financial instruments on debt and equity markets in line with Group Strategic and Industrial Plan, managing related relationships with banks and financial institutions;- Supporting the Team in assessing, structuring and executing at Group level debt capital markets activities, senior bond transactions, also in sustainable debt format (e.g. sustainability-linked, green, sustainable bond), hybrid bond transactions, liability management activities (e.g. Tender Offers, Exchange Offers, Consent Solicitations and Call Options);- Supporting the Team in assessing, structuring and executing at Group level financial derivatives (e.g. swaps, options) for interest rate risk hedging, pre-hedging and trading purposes;- Steer and supervise Country market transactions, addressing related relationships with banks and financial counterparties;- Monitoring of debt market conditions with the aim of optimizing the debt structure strategy at Group level;
