During the year 2020, I had the chance to become the connection point between the local EUROMED technical team and the WW 3DEXPERIENCE SaaS technical one. My responsibility was to strengthen the knowledge of the local team regarding everything related to SaaS.I had the chance to take part in both direct and indirect Customer engagements with a particular focus on postsales activities, especially in the industries of Transportation and Mobility, and Industrial Equipements.

I joined the EUROMED (Italy, Israel, Balkans, Greece, and Turkey) indirect sales channel's technical team as an expert in core PLM domains. My responsibilities were related to joint Customers engagements with Resellers across the whole Geo as well as support and training activities for the Partners.

During my internship, I joined the local technical team in the context of an automotive sector Customer engagement. My responsibility was to develop presales material for the topic of Project Management in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and postsales material for Systems Engineering.

I joined this institution to develop my Master's Thesis work entitled 'Development and first applications of a statistical analysis toolbox for edge magnetic turbulence studies in the TCV tokamak'.
