Within the Central Strategy Support Team of the Deloitte Central Mediterranean Network for the Deloitte Private segment and for the Business Audit & Assurance:1. Direct support to the Equity Partners of the Deloitte Network in developing analyzes aimed at better penetrating the Network's clients2. Development of analyzes aimed at identifying new customers to acquire for the Network: Target lists and identification of possible White Spaces for Deloitte3. Definition together with the various teams of commercial actions on customers: Offerings to propose and events/initiatives to develop.4. Active management of the Deloitte Private client segment which includes all of Deloitte's Private Clients, SMEs and Private Equity Funds through performance monitoring and definition of targets for three-year strategic plans5. Selection of targets and analysis of participants for Deloitte's Best Management Company initiative and subsequent meetings with the partners responsible for the clients for a targeted Go to Market approach on the client

1. Guarantee the development and execution of strategic projects and initiatives defined by the Top Management: Developed and followe the entire M&A process of a Dealer.2. Collect, process and present data to develop the annual budget and the three-year strategic plan. 3. Provide ad hoc standard reports and / or analyzes relating to the status of projects and company performance to Top Management and Corporate. 4.Ensure the achievement of company objectives5. Identify new areas of growth or opportunity.

1. Product management: implementation of product strategies following analysis of sales performance, stock and market needs 2. Purchasing processes: through the Sap program management of new product purchase for annual campaigns through sales and stock forecasts 3. Definition of prices in the Accessories sector according to different margins and brand positioning in the market 4. Coordination with markets and internal team: constant contact with the internal team and the different local teams for the review of product assortments and strategies, via telephone and with the Team program

1. Product management: centralization of the Asian market (215 stores) following stock analysis, performance and distribution of the various brands of the group. 2. Data analysis: definition and presentation of some strategic reports for Top Management using the company's internal KPIs as reference points 3. Collaboration with the local Italian and Asian team for the definition of the new product strategy for the Asian market for the year 2020, later approved by the President.

For the final Master's thesis, in a team of two people, this young consultancy start-up was assisted in the design, implementation and testing of the internal quality system, following the analysis of the start-up's strategic KPIs.Furthermore, an Excel file was created for the analysis of the responses to various questionnaires.
