An MA International Relations and East Asia student at the University of Sheffield. Has worked in the retail sector for Sheffield Student Union, from which I've gained valuable customer service skills, teamwork skills, and problem solving skills.Has also worked as a Global Campus Ambassador where I gained leadership and project management skills, interpersonal skills, and resilience and adaptability when facing challenging and unfamiliar situations.Has had four months of work experience in freelance translation, where I gained project and time management skills from working under a timed project contract, translating short novels. I have gained experience using Google Docs, which I used to write and submit my translation work.Has also experience with other digital platforms such as Microsoft Word where I structured my university exams as well as classroom notes, and Microsoft PowerPoint where I created class presentations with classmates.Has also participated in volunteering opportunities such as the NCS youth programme, from which I've gained teamwork skills from contributing to raise money for mental health charity Mind.
