Final Internship Project:- Assessed psychometric testing and its value-add in the recruitment process at Assala. - Presented what psychometric tests are, the types of tests we use at Assala during the recruitment process with a specific focus on the Workplace Personality Assessment. - Attended over 40 interviews and captured meaningful data which I have used to correlate with the personality traits assessed by the ATS.
