I am Alessia! 👉🏼 A short description of me:I am a Foreign Languages university graduate and currently a Master's student in Human Resources Management and Development at the Gema Business School in Rome, Italy.I speak fluent English and Portuguese in addition to my mother tongue, Italian.👉🏼Why have I decided to enter the Human Resources Management sector?Before now, I had very little knowledge of this sector, or even worse, I thought of it as solely pertaining to issues of justice in business administration. Nevertheless, I have always been curious about finding out the full details of what goes into perfectly functioning business systems. In line with this, I have had to go for a number of interviews at which I was direly interested in understanding what their recruiting processes entailed. I fortunately got wind of some of the details involved from a good friend who is an HR and this made my passion to enter this sector grow more.An HR has a huge responsibilty towards the company and its employees and as such, it evidently takes relentlessly determined, proactive, innovative, hardworking and reliable people like me to do justice to such a position. It is a position where you seek not to only develop the company, taking it to new heights but also its workers, giving them the opportunity to grow not only personally but also professionally. I choose this sector because my versatility matches with its dynamism.
