Current- Create and execute the Social media Marketing strategy- Development of a strategic editorial plan on a weekly basis considering all the different channels' tone of voice and target audiences -Create an online Lead Generation strategy- Copywriting: creating the captions of the posts for the different social media channels owned by Seco (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Spotify, Instagram)- Data analysis: looking at what works and what not on Seco's channels from a performance perspective. Test different content formats and decide which one performs best based on data analysis - Competitors' analysis: one of the most important things to do - Project Managing: As a social media manager, I not only have to conceptualize campaigns and distribution rhythms, but I also have to lead and execute these plans from start to finish. - Influencer Marketing & Brand Ambassador program: Create, strategize and execute projects like influencer marketing and the brand ambassador one, that can increase brand awareness and also improve the perception of the brand externally. -Employee advocacy: I'm more than convinced that the secret is H2H (human to Human), so I develop programs internally together with colleagues who want to be more active on social media- Community management : reply to comment (positive and negative) and manage social media crisis - Creating social media guidelines for everything to improve the internal knowledge on social media and improve the work of my colleagues- Social Media advertising: Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and Youtbue- Budget Management: for ads campaigns, always on ads, Agencies, Digital tools and to collaborate with Content creators -Creativity: is is one of the most important skills a social media manager should have to make sure the company differentiates from competitors' brands in the saturated social media space
