I supported them in new openings ,helping to reach income goals by providing the right product rotation between store and stockroom. I worked on organising and analysing periodical reports in order to arrange weekly sales workshops and increase the sales, e.g. by setting the incoming items to obtain an higher product rotation and using visual merchandising skills to update the entire store at list twice a week.
