Working at Restaurant Week (RW) the world's most successful online dining event, acting as the main marketing liaison for high-end Restaurants and Hotels in Beijing (e.g. The Westin, The Grand Hyatt, The Fairmont). Main responsibilities were client acquisition and retention and also spent a lot of my time coordinating the public relations and marketing support for RW, building and expanding relationships with key media outlets while also assisting in developing social media campaigns.RESPONSIBILITIES:◦ Responsible for both Client Acquisition and Client Retention for Dining City and Restaurant Week Beijing (diningcity.cn, restaurantweek.cn)◦ Build and maintain customer relationships, by training and educating clients to be able to analyze valuable ROI data and customer feedback.◦ Work with restaurants to drive specific strategies to increase online reservations velocity through promotional programs, optimized floor management, and guest database enhancements.◦ Act as the high-level point of escalation for restaurant customer concerns and coordinate with Dining City and Restaurant Week team to resolve technical problems and enhance customer satisfaction. ◦ Assess prospect readiness, audit prospect customer relationship management processes and identify opportunities for improvement with Dining City solutions.◦ Coordinate public relations support for Restaurant Week Beijing.◦ Build and expand upon relationships with members of the news media, continually positioning Dining City and Restaurant Week as an expert source.◦ Advise and assist in developing communications in response to media inquiries and customer issues.◦ Assist in developing social media campaign planning and execution for Restaurant Week.
