While collaborating with the Coordinator of the Master's Program and with the didactic manager, my main tasks included:- providing academic guidance and administrative support to students - assisting in the organization of welcome and orientation meetings - editing announcements and events on the institutional website- checking candidates' documents and applications during the admission process- managing the e-mail correspondence of the didactic office

During my internship I supported experts across various political sectors and participated in working parties at the Council of the EU, Coreper I sessions and Council of ministers meetings. My main tasks included drafting reports for Italian ministries, summarizing discussions, and highlighting legislative advancements.Overall, this experience helped me to improve my research, analysis, and communication skills. Also, I deepened my understanding of EU governance, while improving critical thinking and teamwork in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

Following my internship at Saint Louis University, I furthered my experience in university services at the reprographic office. Here, I undertook multiple responsibilities, including managing stock inventory, handling financial services management, and maintaining communication with publishing houses. Additionally, I assisted in bookselling and answered to students' inquiries by telephone.

During my third year of Bachelor's studies, I was awarded an Erasmus+ scholarship to spend my second semester at the University Saint Louis Office of International Relations. Here, I assisted international students upon their arrival and provided information about courses. I offered administrative support and handled official documents for students, while also facilitating communication between Saint Louis University and international university partners. Additionally, I translated official communications between English and French and managed the office's email correspondence.
