Program Analyst, Nato Allied Command Transformation
Current•Work closely with client Program Managers and Team Leads and/or Operations Managers in the day-today management of Acquisition programs and special projects as part of support of the Strategic Capability Development Plan for NATO Common Funded delivery.•Assist Government leadership in the understanding, establishment and analysis of existing and future systems definitions and designs based on projected threats and rapid development of new technologies.•Use quantitative analytical techniques to assess system acquisition process issues and develop risk reduction and mitigation approaches for improving acquisition and program planning, control, & execution.•Support of the SCDP for NATO Common Funded delivery was to its successful acceptance by nations.•Assisted in supporting complex project (air Basing/ Maritimes and Bulk Fuel) by prioritizing dependency development, reporting and updating NATO used Information Hub and keeping the Project Directors informed of the status of their programs/ Projects •Prepared and drafted course material to facilitate the coaching and mentoring for newcomers. •Map NATO CFCD Governance Model for CP development and implement the dependencies status by utilizing the Info Hub and PM (Prince 2 & PMI methodology).•Initiate the analysis of the inter-dependencies for all the DCIS programs •Support the Investment committee in the weekly update for all the decision in the implemented programs/Projects results. •Assist in the acquisition process to support customers in the analysis and improvement of acquisition process policy and procedures.•Support in drafting of the appropriate government acquisition process & guidance from the relevant government agency customer. Perform, variance and risk analysis.•Support of the Strategic CD Plan for NATO CFCD to its successful acceptance by nations.•Participate & complete analysis for the MDO War gaming, to support and enhance the analytical studies and processes implemented.
