You can be whoever you want! Really... I am living proof that a Bachelor’s Degree doesn’t have to define the path you’ll follow for the rest of your life. What truly matters is finding personal and professional fulfillment, even if it means changing careers (no matter your age).I realised that my passion is working with Data. However, I started my academic and professional career in the health sector in a position not even remotely related to Data.Somewhere along the way, I was able to land a job in banking, more specifically financial markets, while continuously expanding my knowledge through a Master’s degree, postgraduate programs, and specialized courses.Finally, after a long and challenging journey, I had the opportunity to join Allianz as a Data Analyst in the Business Performance and Reinsurance Department.Working in reinsurance introduced me to a new area that, to my surprise, I found incredibly engaging. The blend of data analysis and reinsurance was an unexpected yet rewarding discovery that I was eager to explore further. Thanks to this experience, I was able to join Tempo Underwriting as a Data and Risk Analyst, where I look forward to continuing to learn and grow in this field. I believe my journey was a continuous and enriching learning experience that made me the person I am today. I consider myself someone who strives for ambitious goals, easily adapts to new environments and is not afraid of new challenges. At work, I am a team player. I am also dedicated, organized and methodical. My main skills include data automation, data analysis and data modelling for business analytics. I have knowledge in SAS, SQL, Python, Modeler and with data visualization tools (Power BI). I strongly believe that Data Analytics provides essential insights that empower companies across all sectors to make better decisions and achieve their strategic goals.
