I collaborate on a daily basis with 3 agencies (1 digital lead agency, 1 SEO agency, 1 media agency) which support me in running most of the activities.Main achievements:I brought the Digital Marketing activities of the Eucerin brand in Italy from zero to be constantly on the spotlight as a best case within Beiersdorf due to the quick and effective growth of activities, entering among the top countries globally for size of digital marketing activities.In particular:- eCommerce: built collaboration with top online pharmacies and brought strong sell-out through multiple levers (visibility, promotion, product page optimization,...). The results were showed internationally within Beiersdorf as a best practice to follow. - SEO: selected a SEO agency and closely worked with them to develop the SEO strategy (onsite&offsite) and ensure a successful 1st year execution: 30 new articles published, 50 backlinks, 50 links through link-bait, onsite optimization.- SEA: developed the strategy & launched the account, making Paid Search the #1 channel for website conv. rate.- Facebook: strategy, account opening & ADV.- e-CRM: set-up of newsletter program, automation and database building.- Digital campaigns: in charge of the digital-only campaign 'Una carezza in più'. This campaign, developed by the Italian Team, became the largest Eucerin digital campaign in the world and was selected for international roll-out. The videos of the campaigns totalled > 6M views while sales of the related products increased from +4% before the campaign to +15,7% during the campaign.

As part of the ROE (Rest Of EMEA) marketing team, I participated in the planning and execution of marketing activities mostly aimed at building awareness and generate new leads in all EMEA countries except for UK, Germany and France.Tasks:- Planning and organization of marketing/training events: organization of the events "AWSome Days" in Milan, Barcelona, Madrid, Johannesburg, Warsaw and Moscow;- Planning and promotion of webinars: contribution to the outline and advertising of the webinar Enterprise and Startup Series in Spanish and Italian;- Website creation: creation of the first webpages of AWS in Italian (http://aws.amazon.com/campaigns/it-upcoming-events/);- Email advertising through Marketo and internal marketing automation softwares;- Optimization of paid search advertising (Google AdWords);- Collection and refinement of customer references.
