Sector: BuildingProjects: Construction of new Hospital wards, refurbishment of Hospitals.Locations: IRCCS Policlinico San Matteo, Pavia, Ospedali di Voghera, Vigevano, Stradella, Chiari, Iseo, Desenzano del Garda, Gavardo, ManerbioTasks:• Coordinate Engineering activities• Undertake day to day project management for current ongoing project commitments and future projects; • Be involved in interfacing clients gaining their trust and ensuring that their needs will be met by the brief through effective communication; • Coordinate tasks, ensuring work quality is maintained at required standard; • Effectively manage the time, scope, cost, quality and performance of projects; • Prepare project reports for clients summarising key issues and strategically advising on best outcomes; • Prepare and maintain project plans, records, reports, logs and registers; • Assist in the preparation and delivery of tender submissions• Visit the construction site to monitor work progress, timing to be compliant with the schedule and update on working status, issues, critical situation.•Support the Construction Manager in the devolpment of site activities

Location: Vard ShipyardsThe main task is to ensure the ship construction, with reference to vessel schedule, costs implication, monitoring quality control and technical specification requirements.Responsibilities:-coordinate internal resources and subcontractor and third parties (Shipyard and Owner inspectors)-project planning-material management on the ship-identify the most appropriate technical solutions, in terms of feasibility and costs, to solve the possible issues during the execution of the activities- take care of HSE requirements- monitoring production schedule-check equipment and systems availability and correct functionality-support and perform product checks required by the quality plan and those foreseen within competent Authorities inspection-providing feedback to the management regarding the progress of the outfitting installation and problems affecting the specific workPROJECTS COMPLETED: -6 PONANT LUXURY CRUISE SHIPS (LE LAPEROUSE, LE CHAMPLAIN....)-2 HAPAG LLOYD LUXURY CRUISE SHIPS (HANSEATIC INSPIRATION AND HANSEATIC NATURE)-ICEBREAKER "LE COMMANDANT CHARCOT"
