That is the client's security for a strong and reliable investment.Eurowind Energy A/S is owned 50 % by EWE Holding ApS and 50 % by Norlys Holding A/S.Main responsibilities:- Scouting new opportunities for development of onshore wind, photovoltaic, BESS, hydrogen and/or biogas projects with the support of tech department; - Coordinating the activity of site screening and analysis to identify suitable areas and devise a project concept; - Articulate the commercial and financial elements to ensure the project delivers a viable value proposition with a win-win approach towards key stakeholders (Company, Landowners and other Partners, Institutions etc); - Be “in the driving seat” approaching landowners and negotiating in order to secure suitable land; - Keep on top of applicable market/financial/other relevant developments and regulations, which may have an impact on our business. Use the intel acquired to inform/influence our strategy and to support articulating the best business case on each project opportunity; - Managing relationships with landowners and other selected stakeholders until handover to the Permitting team; - Coordinate day-to-day marketing activity in Italy; - Supporting further development and nurturing of the Company’s business network
