Activity performed at a major banking client, providing premium onsite support

This role is an individual contributor responsible for on-site installation, maintenance and repair of IBM and multi-vendor systems and components, including hardware, networking products, software and operating systems. I'm the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and/or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the client. This role performs varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contracted service level agreements. I may also perform installs, moves, adds and change (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts, for clients.
